Went into Maxis Centre earlier this morning - decided to force my company into giving me a new phone. The new Blackberry Storm looks good.
Walked in to the shop. There were 9 staff (all Malay and yes I counted) walking around.
I was the only customer.
One of them asked me to sit at the corner and wait. I waited for 25 minutes before 1 of the 9 came to look after me.
Apparently the other 8 staff job's description is to convert the shop's oxygen into carbon dioxide.
